Opportunities are available for corporations and individuals to support the Francis X Carroll Family Foundation, which was founded to benefit ALS research and care at the Healey Center in Massachusetts General Hospital.
PLATINUM SPONSOR: $10,000
Includes golf for eight and a customized banner on display throughout tournament; all press releases, posters, flyers and official program will highlight company name.

GOLD SPONSOR: $5,000
Includes golf for four and a customized banner on display throughout tournament; all press releases, posters, flyers and official program will highlight company name.
